One-person company
Commercial companies are divided into companies that are based on personal considerations, which are people’s companies, and other companies that are based on financial considerations, which are money companies.

The UAE legislator, through Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2022, regulated the provisions for establishing and managing a one-person company, as the law did not allow the establishment of this company unless it took the form of a private joint-stock company or a limited liability company.
